Organizer of Igry 2024 Year-round Events

Job Description

IGRY is otherwise known as the Gliwice Juvenalia. It is the largest student event of the year, with many thousands of participants. Although IGRY mainly takes place in one week of the year, there are still running events that take place throughout the year, as well as during the week of the event itself before the concerts. I was responsible for organizing all these events.

In addition, I was an IT coordinator so my additional role is to create the IGRY website and be responsible for the technical side of the event.

In this event, I had a team under me that I had to manage and distribute tasks to them.
